The face behind Lulo's

Being born in a matriarchal family, Andrea’s life has always evolved around the kitchen and food. From an early age she would prepare dozens of desserts and Thanksgiving dinners that her mother would sell.

Andrea enrolled in the Culinary Arts programs at Johnson and Wales, North Miami. Ever since she has worked in the restaurant business in Miami, Los Angeles and San Juan, PR.

Motherhood inspired her to produce desserts for restaurants from home. Eight years ago she established her pastry household in Calle Las Palmas Santurce, where she continues baking and running her business Lulo’s Sweet and Savory.

At Lulo's we always find delicious cakes and tarts with a twist. Our favorites are the Tres Leches, the Parcha Pie and the sweet, salty and addictive Almond Toffee! They definetly go perfect with our ice cream. ;-)
