The face behind Lulo's
Being born in a matriarchal family, Andrea’s life has always evolved around the kitchen and food. From an early age she would prepare dozens of desserts and Thanksgiving dinners that her mother would sell.
Andrea enrolled in the Culinary Arts programs at Johnson and Wales, North Miami. Ever since she has worked in the restaurant business in Miami, Los Angeles and San Juan, PR.
Motherhood inspired her to produce desserts for restaurants from home. Five years ago she established her pastry household in Calle Las Palmas Santurce, where she continues baking and running her business Lulo’s Sweet and Savory.
Covid 19 Announcement
Keeping our staff and costumers as safe and healthy as possible is our first priority. Our employees wear masks and gloves, disinfect their work stations throughout the day and work at least six feet apart from one another whenever possible.
Therefore, at the moment we are not receiving any customers inside our location in Santurce. Your desserts will be delivered at the door of our shop. Please wear a mask when picking up your order and keep a distance of 6 feet from other customers in line.
We hope to receive and hug you all soon!

Andrea prepared desserts for Gallo Negro for years. I love the fact that she will always run my crazy requests and execute them even better than expected. One time was Hershey Pie some other day a Bimbo Cookie fruit cobbler. It's been great to see her repertoire grow, currently in love with her chocolate with foie ganache. Can't wait to see what comes next!

At Lulo's we always find delicious cakes and tarts with a twist. Our favorites are the Tres Leches, the Parcha Pie and the sweet, salty and addictive Almond Toffee! They definetly go perfect with our ice cream. ;-)
